Bimini Beach Bungalows sits on Rockwell Island in North Bimini, Bahamas, the closest Bahamian island to the United States. The estate is fifty nautical miles from Miami, roughly a twenty-minute seaplane flight or an easy morning by boat.

The Bimini Beach Main Estate has six bedrooms and five bathrooms across 7,800 square feet and sleeps up to twenty guests. A private bungalow suite, the Hemingway Suite, adds one bedroom, one bathroom and space for two more guests.

Scheduled seaplane flights and private charters run daily from Miami and Fort Lauderdale and land in about twenty minutes. Guests arriving by boat cross fifty nautical miles of open water, and the estate has its own dock with marina access on Rockwell Island.

Guests have a private white-sand beach, a freshwater pool and spa, a pickleball court, a private dock with marina access (under construction, estimated completion 06/27), and snorkeling and fishing straight off the property. In the water just off the house there is a floating raft and a trampoline, plus kayaks and paddleboards to take out. Inside the Main Estate there is a vaulted great room, a chef’s kitchen, oceanfront bedrooms and a game room with a pool table and ping pong.

Yes. The Hemingway Suite is an add-on only and cannot be rented without the Main Estate. It is available exclusively as an addition to a Main Estate booking and includes a private bath and patio a few steps from the beach.

Yes. Bimini Beach Bungalows is built for weddings, fishing seasons, corporate escapes and multi-generation family gatherings, with room for twenty guests on the Main Estate and outdoor space that opens onto the beach.

Yes. A full 360-degree virtual tour covers the aerial view of Rockwell Island, the interior of the Main Estate and the private beach, and can be opened full-screen from the Tour section of this page.
